Double-sided thermally conductive adhesive tape 120 × 20 × 0.15 mm
AABCOOLING Thermo Pad White 120.20.0,15 is a double-sided adhesive thermal tape with a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/mK. It makes it easy to attach heatsinks to heat-generating components such as chipsets, MOSFETs or RAM.
The tape bonds instantly, with an adhesion strength of 1200 g per square inch. It comes as a single piece that you can cut to the size you need.

Key features
- Double-sided adhesive – attaches the heatsink directly to the component
- Thermal conductivity: 1.5 W/mK
- Adhesion: 1200 g per square inch
- Bonds instantly
- Easy to apply
- Single piece, cut to size

Applications
The tape is used to attach heatsinks in:
- laptops – graphics chips and power delivery,
- PC graphics cards – between the heatsink and the GPU, power delivery,
- RAM modules,
- consumer electronics – LCD TVs, amplifiers and other heat-generating electronics.
How to attach a heatsink
- Make sure both surfaces are completely clean.
- Remove the protective film from one side and stick the tape to the underside of the heatsink.
- Remove the second film and stick the heatsink to the component to be cooled (chipset, graphics chip, MOSFETs, RAM, etc.).
- Position the heatsink accurately the first time – the tape bonds instantly.
How to remove the heatsink
Carefully lift one corner of the heatsink with a thin knife and detach it from the component with gentle twisting movements. Clean both surfaces before reinstalling.
