- AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 7 is a thermal paste with the highest performance and very good viscosity. Its improved composition provides low thermal resistance (reducing the temperature difference between the processor and the heatsink).
AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 7 is the latest high-performance thermal paste from AABCOOLING with extremely high viscosity and maximum efficiency. Its improved formula provides low thermal resistance (reduced temperature difference between the processor and the heatsink) compared to previous pastes. The paste should not be spread with a spatula. Distribution should be achieved using the pressure of the heatsink. The modern TG 7 composition was designed to ensure the most stable processor performance immediately after application. The unique formula is electrically non-conductive and has no capacitive properties, eliminating any risk of short circuits or electrical discharges. It perfectly fills connections and micro-gaps between the processor and the base of the cooling system (heatsink). Notes:
Instructions for applying thermal paste:
- Remove the remains of old paste using the included spatula and the wipe soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Wait a moment for the alcohol to evaporate after cleaning.
- Amount of paste: Do not apply too much or too little paste. Excess paste may act as an insulator, while too little may worsen thermal conductivity.
- Apply the paste using the "pea" or "X" method on the CPU surface and press evenly. Do not spread the paste with a spatula. Distribution should be achieved using the pressure of the heatsink.
- When mounting and pressing the heatsink onto the processor, gently twist it slightly to the right and left to ensure perfect distribution between the processor and the heatsink base.
